Time to Change Your Light Bulb?

How do I know when I need to change my ClearRay UV-C bulb?

On 2012 and newer Jacuzzi hot tubs, your ClearRay bulb needs to be replaced when a "blb" message appears on your control panel. This means the bulb has been in use for 365 days. The message will flash between "blb" and water temperature. In addition, the countdown timer for the UV-C bulb will need to be reset, refer to your owner's manual for step-by-step instructions for resetting the timer. A new UV-C bulb can be purchased from WCI Pools and Spas. If your tub loses power, the countdown position will be stored in the control panel memory. If for some reason your control system components are serviced, you may lose your countdown position. When this occurs it is best to replace the bulb and reset the timer. In older models with ClearRay installed as an aftermarket accessory, a label is included to remind you when to change your bulb.
